The Elba bag is manufactured with vegetable Italian tanned leather. This leather is completely natural, with no synthetic top finishes. any incidental tonal variations, marks or veins are natural features and should not be considered as imperfections.
To make sure that your bag ages beautifully we recommend you to:
- Protect it from humidity; avoid contact with liquid, hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up and perfume. If your bag does come into contact with water or any of those substances, it should be gently dabbed with a dry, non-fluffy, light colored absorbent cloth.
- Avoid over exposure to direct lighting and keep it away from direct sources of heat.
- Be careful not to rub your bag against coarse or abrasive surfaces. light scratches can attenuate if gently massaged with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store it in its dust bag. Do not store in high temperature, humidity or unventilated areas (never store in a plastic bag).

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. If you experience any issues with your product during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Returns: Full-price items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with dust bag and tags. To start a return, email customercare@modher.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. A 5% restocking fee applies.
